CORE Foundation ve Maple Finance Arasında lstBTC Tahkimi: Hedgelı Yield Üzerine İddialar ve Şeffaflık Tartışması

CORE Foundation ve Maple Finance Arasında lstBTC Tahkimi: Hedgelı Yield Üzerine İddialar ve Şeffaflık Tartışması

The jurisdiction process involved in the case brings up allegations regarding the liquidity staking product called lstBTC, developed as part of the partnership between Maple Finance and Core Foundation. The court is attempting to halt certain actions including Maple’s transactions with CORE tokens, launching a competitive product called syrupBTC, and using confidential information. While the decision indicates that the ultimate resolution of the dispute between the parties will be through arbitration, it also highlights serious allegations by Core regarding breaches of confidential information and exclusivity.

The collaboration was announced at Consensus Hong Kong in February 2025 and aimed to provide returns along with secure storage options for Bitcoin investors. While Core invested heavily in technical development, marketing, and subsidies, Maple entered the market with assets under $500 million. The Bitcoin Yield program launched in April 2025 triggered rapid growth for Maple, with over $150 million in Bitcoin accumulated through the early OTC version of lstBTC. This early success demonstrated that the Bitcoin yield product supported by Core was compatible with market supply, while also strengthening rumors that Maple shifted its focus to a competitive infrastructure.

Core claims that Maple violated the 24-month exclusivity agreement by misusing confidential information and work, and continued to develop a competing product called syrupBTC during this period. On September 26, 2025, jury member Jalil Asif KC’s decision indicated that Maple’s breach of exclusivity and misuse of confidential information posed serious issues, and the ruling was published on October 30, 2025.
